Our High specification 2 & 3 bedroom bungalows have been specifically engineered for Saydo Manhattan by Eurocasa, the highly acclaimed Modular home builders based here in Spain. Both versions carry a 10-year guarantee, and are highly insulated and energy efficient.

Each house comes completely fully key turn ready, with a choice of 2 or 3 bedrooms, includes 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen together with white goods.

The 2-bedroom home, The Harlem, consists of twin Master Suites, walk in wardrobe/dressing area and en-suite shower rooms. The beds are Emperor size, 200 x 200cm.

The 3-bedroom version, The Empire has 1 Master Suite with furnished walk in wardrobe/dressing room and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 features a double bed, dressing table/desk, chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds and a fitted wardrobe.

In either house, the lounge, kitchen and dining areas are the same. The lounge features 2 & 3 seater sofas, coffee and magazine tables and wall unit with storage. The dining area has a table with chairs. The kitchen includes and eye level electric oven and microwave, integrated fridge freezer, 8kg washing machine, electric ceramic hob and extractor fan. All drawers and doors are soft close with either fingertip opening or handles.

All shower rooms include a heated towel rail.

All windows and the patio doors have insulated Climalit glass and all have security blinds as standard. Both options come with Climate Control Air Conditioning ample to cool and heat the entire house.

Saydo Manhattan is surrounded by the famous Olive Groves of Andalucía. Based in the village of Mollina, close to the historic town of Antequera and just a short drive from sister park, Saydo Park. The next village is Fuente de Piedra, Stone Fountain, which is an historical town housed on a national park and lake, home to flocks of flamingos and there is also a donkey sanctuary.

Under an hours drive to the coast of both Malaga and Granada airports, the area offers the best of both peace and quite with accessibility to everything you need. 

Saydo Manhattan will have an on-site swimming pool, bar and leisure area, supermarket with smaller independent shops, bar and a restaurant. The villages of Mollina, Fuente de Piedra and Humillidero offer countless bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The larger traditionally Spanish town of Antequera has two larger supermarkets, Carrefour and Mercadona as well as a weekly market, local shops with countless bars and restaurants. 

It is highly recommended that you have a car, whilst amenities are close by, it is a long walk to and from them. 

Inland Andalucía experiences extreme summer temperatures during the summer so if you feel uncomfortable in high temperatures, this area may not be for you. The winters can be cold, but they are generally short-lived and the days' heat up to comfortable levels during the day.
